Shipping & Orders FAQ
We ship worldwide from the United States.
Due to current international shipping restrictions, we are temporarily unable to ship to the following countries:
Gibraltar (United Kingdom)
Saint Pierre and Miquelon
*Due to current social distancing measures, order processing and shipment times may be delayed*
Please refer to the product descriptions for expected ship dates. If you ordered multiple items, your order will be held until the entire order is ready to ship.
This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
* Domestic vs International shipments
* Total weight of package
* Selected shipping method
We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.
We do include VAT and collect at checkout for UK customers.
At the moment, our prices do not include VAT for EU customers. You may be required to pay VAT upon your order delivery.
This is temporary and we hope to remove this inconvenience for our EU customers in the near future!
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse.
To protect your shipment, we offer Route+ Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft and damage. This is available to add at checkout.

Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels and item purchased. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any exchange inquiries.
Yes! Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.
